Partenariat public-privé, tourisme et développement : relecture et modélisation
Abstract. Considering its intrinsic heterogeneousness tourism is the almost ideal domain of economic cooperations between private and public sectors. It is important that the governments have a comprehensive understanding of these cooperations. Our contribution proposes a three categories taxonomy of the PPP, according to their effects on the tourism perimeter, economic growth and development. The paper distinguishes three types of PPP: sector-based, Trans-sector, and Supra-sector PPP. Modeling the tourist activity via Differential Games clarifies the understanding by the governments of the stakes in sector-based PPP. These last ones must not be inevitably dedicated to the increase of the tourist numbers.
