We are seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead a stable resort hotel in Thuringia, Germany.

• Full operational responsibility for the hotel
• Leadership and development of the hotel team
• Guest experience and service quality management
• OTA distribution, pricing, and occupancy control
• Revenue management and KPI-driven performance
• Direct communication with the owner (minimal bureaucracy)

• 3–5 years of hotel management experience
• German C1+, English B2+, Russian – fluent
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and revenue management
• Hands-on, structured leader with business mindset
• Willingness to relocate to a resort area in Germany

• €3,500–€4,500 gross per month
