[CDD] Chef de Partie | Upscale Dining Experience in Biarritz

Missions

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our prestigious gourmet restaurant in the heart of Biarritz. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end culinary environment that values creativity, precision, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., pastry, fish, meat, or garnish)
Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards
Supervise and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in accordance with hygiene regulations
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine menu items
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies for your section
