[SAISONNIER] Chef de Partie | Upscale Dining Experience in Saint-Tropez

Artifice TLD is looking for experienced Chefs de parties for a gourmet restaurant in Saint Tropez.

Join a high-end restaurant team in Saint-Tropez for the summer season and gain international experience in a fast-paced coastal kitchen.

Key responsibilities as Chef de partie:

Manage and oversee specific section of the kitchen
Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meets the restaurant's high standards
Supervise and and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work station in accordance with hygiene regulations
Monitor stock and assist with ordering supplies for your section
Communication with the head chef and sous chef
